Cocktail attire (Planet Earth flair encouraged)

TICKETS

All guests will be able to pick up their tickets at the front entrance with a valid ID.

PARKING

  • There will be NO parking or drop-off zones for Uber, Lyft, or personal vehicles at the venue this year. Butherus Rd will be closed. Please plan accordingly and use designated shuttle services to access the event.

  • All guests are invited to park at the Promenade Parking Garage (near FLW/Scottsdale Rd) or be dropped off at the Promenade Parking Garage Shuttle Zone (see map and address below for details)

  • Parking lot is FREE to our guests or you are invited to enjoy valet at the Promenade Parking Garage for $25

  • All guests will have FREE shuttle access from the Promenade Parking Garage Shuttle Zone to the Suitcase Experience (as well as return shuttle access) from 5:45PM-11:30PM.

  • Shuttle zones and Rideshare drop-off zone will be clearly labeled with signs.

BAG POLICY

No opaque/solid bags larger than 6″x 6″ x 6” are permitted. No clear, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12″x 6″ x 12″ are permitted. Clear Tote Bags, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12”x 6”x 12” will NOT be permitted.

AGE

All guests must be 21+ older and have a valid ID at entry.

THE CAUSE

The Children In Need Foundation (CINF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity operated by members of The Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix, committed to serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona community with meaningful grant-giving which seeks to address the needs and well-being of underprivileged children in the Valley.

AUCTION

For those eager to participate in our silent auction, the process is as follows:

  1. Peruse the auction items displayed

  2. Place your bids with the attendants

  3. Monitor your bids throughout the evening to secure your desired treasures.

UNLOCK THE ADVENTURE

Every ticket comes with one complimentary raffle ticket. Additional Unlock the Adventure raffle tickets are available for purchase at the Bank or with select 2030 Club Members throughout the event, or may be earned at the Casino. Our team will announce the winners at 10:15PM. 10 Winners will win 10 keys, that each open a different Suitcase filled with prizes. One lucky winner will win an all expense paid vacation*

AFTER PARTY

Official After Party will be at the W Scottsdale. After Party Shuttles will begin departing to the W at 10:30PM from the event entrance at Atlantic Aviation.

SAFETY

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, we kindly request guests to remain within designated event areas, adhere to posted safety guidelines, take note of all emergency exits, and promptly report any concerns to event staff.
